I'd tell you to ride a bike but you'd surely break your hip.

I ride a bike every day..I believe in a good diet..wholesome home produce to cook with and plenty of exercise....

Peter Hook & Bernard Sumner credited seeing the Sex Pistols for inspiring them to form Warsaw.
Subsequently they renamed the band Joy Division.
Of course after Ian's suicide they became New Order. You were correct first time :-)
