^ that sucks. i guess ive kind of taken for granted the the fact that i have all this music around at my disposal to listen to. i thought it was like this everywhere.

Ha, come to a town with 2000 people in it and try to find a scene. Theres no real good music scene around me for at least an 45 min/ an hour in any direction.

The scene around here is pretty dull... Its all the same kinda thing, there's loads of pop-punky-emo bands, a few ska bands and a few metal bands... Tis rare to see a punk band around here really. The few times you do find one, they'll probably have a hard time finding somewhere decent to play anyways, its not easy round here for some reason..

Thats how our town is. There is nothing. Everyone goes to hang out at Wal-Mart (pathetic), so we just mainly hang out at home. When our band pratices, quite a few people show up. So I guess there is one descent place to hear music around here. :)

basically im thinking more along the lines of "janitor" unless someone makes me lay the smack down. J/K. But seriously, its was cool of them to ask me and hopefully nobody gets out of line to the point where i feel something drastic should be done. I like most ppl on here, and I took this on with the intent on helping make it a better forum and not so i can throw weight around as a mod.
