Travis Barker takes the cake in my opinion. The drummer for Chevelle would be a close second in my opinion (overall, not punkwise).

All Nite Dinah...I'm sorry but Blink 182 and Green Day are in no way punk rock. You're like the kid who pushes mongo but doesn't realize it. It's pop, the music isn't punk, the attitude is childish at most and well it just flat out sucks my balls, which might I add feels quite nice. Also, I don't think anyone has ever confused the two with being metal. Oh, and what's a Ned? Am I a Ned?

Freese also put out a solo album.
I didnt know barker drummed for the black eyed peas, I acctually like those guys. I know I know -10,000 punk points for me.
