First a comment on Josh Freese: he seems pretty good, although i havent heard much of him. loved him in APC, d him in the Vandals, well d the vandals, he was great.
Neil Peart hands down greatest drummer. Bill Bruford from King Crimson on the red album mainly. Much better than Giles on "Court" Phil Selway, gotta love'em. he started getting better on Ok Comp and progressed from there. One more that Im somewhat ashamed to say, the guy from Slipknot. Im proud to say Ive never bought a Slipknot album, but i did download one with some live solos to see what the fuss was about. He's got mad skills yo!

im not gonna argue anyones favorites..after all each is entitled to their "favorite"..
most talented, thats a differant story..JOSH FREESE hands down. no other drummer that i can think of in any genre has a resume that can even be compared to what he has done.
