Are there any bands you know of that don't consider themselves ska, but are shamelessly "Punk with horns"? I know I was the singer in a short-lived act. We did offspring covers, with horns added to them. It was fun.

Catch 22, Mustard Plug, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, Rx Bandits, Big D and the kids table.
Well I suppose those bands still call themselves ska. But River city rebels dont and they have horns.

*Nods.* Cool. I'm working on a project that's sort of punk (punk lite, maybe). I'm gonna have a tuba for a bass, piano instead of a guitar, and use the rest of my horns (alto sax, clarinets, trombone, cornets), for horns.
