Not sure if they've been mentioned but the debut album by the Adolescents is very good, especially on the tracks they really play out on, like this one.

I'm listening to the Ruts debut for the very first time, I can't believe that I'd never heard this album before, its a punk classic and the Ruts sound like the New York Dolls meets the Clash
