*trucks. and as fenixpunk said, to me punk is more of an attitude and label. musically it doesnt have a specific sound anymore. go back to the 70s and it had a unique sound, but now so many other sub-genres can explain it. it branches out to a larger range now.

I don't know that anyone that matters thinks blink and simple are punk. Its no idffrent than an avril lavigne song, which they wouldn't classify as punk.
