What are some songs like 80's Daft Punk?

Hi!

Below are my two favorites. However, they are very similar to each other. Are there other songs like these? I am fairly new to this but absolutely love the genre.

Kavinsky - Nightcall

Washed Out - Feel it all around

Kavinsky - Nightcall (Breakbot Remix)

Desire - Under Your Spell

Any ideas would be great. Thank you.

Daft Punk's first album was released in 2001 so I'm confused by your thread title.

Sorry! I meant similar genre's to the 80's and not Daft Punk. Like Nightcall and the other example. I think Daft Punk did remixes so I got confused.

The year was 1997 according to Wikipedia (source). I remember the single "Around The World" from that album quite well.

Still quite some years away from the 80s though!
