Rick Agnew from the Adolescents and (briefly) Christian Death and Social Distortion. Kids of the Black Hole and Romeo's Distress are my favorite guitar tracks from him.
And Ian Mackeye / Guy Picciotto. Perhaps not brilliant but awesome still, especially on Turnover. If post-punk counts I'ld like to throw in David Ash from BAUHAUS too. Oh and -Daniel- had a few other projects that were good too; Love and Rockets & Tones on Tail most notably. I think he had a one ep-project called the Bubblemen too that charted. Tones on Tail had a song in a car commercial, the sellouts! |
