Converge - The Saddest Day. Just an overall angry band. Not punk, but it is metalcore, which is a punk crossover (90's metalcore).



Graves at Sea - Pariah. One of my favorite Doom Metal songs of ever. Not punk, but angry.



Fall of Efrafa - Pity the Weak. Crust Punk. Very good crust punk.

Most of Black Flag's stuff is pretty angry.

But, "Gimme Some Truth" by John Lennon is a great angry song.

Ramallah and Blood for Blood are driven by anger. Outlaw Anthems and Revenge On Society (Blood for Blood) are some of the angriest albums I've ever heard.
They give a giant middle finger to the world and have a "love us or hate us" attitude.
Definitely anthems for revolting youths
