MxPx are definitely a long time favourite of mine.
All of the bands Chaos94 listed are awesome in fact. Some great underground pop punk is still kicking around myspace, found hxxp://myspace.com/syracusememusic the other day, worth checking out if you have a second. |

Tragic that Saves the Day hasn't been mentioned! Through Being Cool is the perfect pop-punk/emo album. Apparently it was a big influence on the genre.
Also, whoever mentioned The Ergs <3

yeah i have to admit i love that album....never really got into anything else that saves The Day did....but 'Through Being Cool' is just sooooo corny its absolute genius

for the longest time Sum 41 was my favorite band, I own all their albums including half hour.. but their last album didn't really do it for me, I'll give their next one a change but I'm not a huge fan anymore.
I also used to like blink but i'm kind of out of my pop punk days..
