No one has mentioned anything about Pop Punk?
I'm adding:

Unlovables
Zolof The Rock N Roll Destroyer
Lemuria

it's also a little odd no one has talked about Discount...

The only female fronted Punk band I listen to is Deadline, I've heard a couple of their songs on Last.fm and they're really good.

I want to add a few bands, all of the pop-punk variety

P.S. Eliot
Lemuria
Candy Hearts
RVIVR
Mixtapes
Good Luck (when Ginger Alford sings lead)
Little Lungs

I'm gonna add in Amanda Mac from Bad Mary.....A band from NY.

That being said, definitely all about Distillers and Zoloft The Rock N Roll Destroyer. Haven't listened to them in a long time.

Slant 6 are one of the best 90's female punk bands.

More post-punk than punk, but the album All Time Queen Of The World by Fifth Column is a lost gem.
