That band has one of the worst in tune singing vocalists I've ever had to listen to. Accompanied by horrible over production.

I really love The Muffs, and I'd love to hear any other bands that have a similar sound/feeling. Anyone got any recommendations?

Can someone recommend me something jazzy like Television? Not quite as aggressive/jagged as Gang of Four or DEP or anything though

There are a lot of Post-Punk/New Wave bands with Jazz influences, even if only a saxophone riff here and there. Here's one off the top of my head:
