Do you consider The Damned to be a goth band?

Honestly, I'm not familiar enough with their back catalogue to give a very informed answer to this. I will say though, as a someone who was a fan of goth music growing up, when I got around to checking out the Damned I was surprised by how un-gothy (I think I just invented a new word ) their sounds was.

Hrm, this may be harder than I thought.

If you back track too far with The Damned, you'll veer back into their mostly punk beginnings. Check out Phantasmagoria first. I'd say it's their most Gothic offering.

I kind of like Graves more. Danzig was a great run, and introduced them and brought them to life. I don't know why people say that there were no Misfits after Glenn left, maybe it's just me but I like all Misfits songs.

Graves is good, but I prefer Danzig. He sure seems like an ******* from what little Ive been lucky enough to see of him, but I still prefer his time with the Misfits to Graves'.

How young? That's kind of an odd childhood favorite

Yeah I know, it's not really suited for children, the first few seconds would make parents mouths drop.

Honestly, save for "Halloween", I think "Scream!" with Graves is better than anything they recorded with Danzig.
