Its a thread about The Stooges, im fairly sure its fine here. That is real bad news, I had not heard about this.
Oh and in response to the original question in the first post - anything off Fun House. Such an absolutely amazing and for me, near perfect album. |

i live in detroit, and let me tell you, we just adore iggy and the stooges here. iggy is an icon. and the loss of ron ashton. nicest guy ever by the way..
was like a kick in the guts. they had a tribute show here saturday night at the music hall. like an old detroit music family reunion. someone told me this great story about how they were rehearsing and stopped for a bit. they heard something at the door. ron went and opened it and mick jagger fell on his face in front of him. he was looking in the key hole..lol i guess mick hated the stooges. lol |
