Better than all but Black Flag. Group Sex is 16 tracks and not even 16 minutes long, that's how punk should be. Discuss oh and Keith Morris use to be in Black Flag.

Ah man, "Gig" was one of the first cd's I remember buying. It's an awesome live album, if you don't got it, that's the one to get. It's got most of their classics.
my fav songs from them would be killing for jesus, making the bombs, wild in the streets, coup d'etat to name a few. there's a bunch. blah blah, they're great.

When ever i hear wild in the streets I think of this teeribly lame old skate movie called thrashin. Theres 2 skate gangs a bunch of dorky dumb guys and the hardcore skater punks. And every time the "punk" guys go out to skate they play that song. Theres also a funk-a-liscious red hot chili peppers concert in it.

Man, I love them. I have a friend who has circle jerks shirt, and when he wears it you should see some of the looks he gets :laughing:

when i was in high school, many many many years ago, in art class we were making wire art, and i made a 3 dimensional statue of the circle jerk skanking guy. It was pretty cool, and got me an A, I had it for years, but dont know what happened to it.

Yeah, even out of those I don' t like Golden Shower of Hits very much. Group Sex is a classic though.

I think it's solid, but Group Sex one of the best punk/hardcore records of the 80s.

Group Sex is an awesome album. I love super-short punk albums like this that make their point and don't outstay their welcome.

Yes! That and "Wasted" are my favorite songs on that album. Exactly how I like my punk: short and nihilistic.

huh i actually really l;ike Golden Shower of Hits.....Parade of the Horribles, In Your Eyes, and Product of My Environment are some of my favorites....but then i stand out in saying that 'Wonderful' is actually my favorite album of theirs :)

Got Group Sex. Not bad. Certainly short and sweet with the longest song about 1:35. Not sure there's much to set it apart from other punk of the era but a decent album nonetheless. Prior to this I'd only heard their track Coup D'Etat from the Repo Man soundtrack.

get Wonderful.....it's a step away from the typical....and a great album....i really think you'll dig it :)
