i listened to rolling stones in prep with a friend because of his older sisters, then purchased metallica load and reload and got into the metal scene from probably grade 6 to yr 7/8 ish. then heard refused. cried. listened to it again and ranaway. shape of punk to come unreal cd. songs to fan the flames of discontent and everlast are also amazing.

I was smoking drugs with my punk rocker boyfriend who was good only for 2 things, and was introduced to his best friend, who had a mohawk and wore every color in the rainbow with chains, and I was so interested in him, I said, what do you like? and he said that I shoul ask what do you belive? I did...at the end of the night, he slipped the dead Kennedys and Sex Pistols into my back pocket, I gave 'em a spin, and have been hooked on both since...and my interest in the scene grew from there...lol...kinda weird, but that's how it happened..real horrorshowlike O me Brothers!

I found a singles case in a bus depot & after a month was told I could have it because nobody had claimed it.
It had various punk & 2 tone singles in but what impressed me most was an original copy of God Save The Queen by the Pistols |
