"I prefer the Pixies"

It was a bit of a tough choice because both have one album I really love (Doolittle and In Utero) then some other stuff I'm more or less apathetic too. In the end, though, I decided Doolittle is a bit better than In Utero and I don't dislike any Pixies albums nearly as much as Nevermind.

Went to see the Pixies a couple weeks back. They were great and very quick through their set, not in a rush but very pressing.

Love Debaser and Hey.

I'd pick the Pixies because their material keeps me entertained for a lot longer.

I voted in favour of the Pixies, I don't know a lot about the history of each band and haven't heard all of the Pixies or Nirvana's albums but to me Nirvana are just sort of boring compared to the Pixies.

This must be one of the longest running debates I`ve seen on this forum!

As great and diverse as the Pixies were, I`d still sooner listen to Nirvana.

I prefer 'No Recess' as my Nirvana song.

Good choice. I like how I could appreciate that song as an angry teenager and then grow up to appreciate All Apologies as an angry adult.
