Honestly I don't know what Noise Punk is specifically but as for noise rock music (which I guess is probably pretty close) I would say Big Black, Scratch Acid (arguably) and I guess Lightning Bolt but that's kind of a category all its own.

Flipper is probably one of the best examples of noise punk. If we're going to get all -core on it, The Locust would be my favorite "noisecore" band, but I'd just call them hardcore.
I like Fiasco. A lot. Anyone heard? |
