Although the locust may not be "noise punk" they are definitely my favourite "noise" band. I strongly recommend buying a copy of Plauge Soundscapes or to download a copy.

Pink & Brown, The Hospitals, Cows, The Oblivians, Arab on Radar, Six Finger Satellite, Ex Models, AIDS Wolf, Neptune, Magik Markers, Part Chimp, Mind Flayer, The Mae Shi, Acid Eater, Naked City (some stuff), The Coachwhips, Man is the Bastard, Japanther... i could go on, i love noise rock and all of its little offshoots.
