Dang this is a hard decision. I love both bands. You're Living All Over Me is a great album and Daydream Nation is a great album. I'm gonna have to vote Sonic Youth though, I've been listening to them longer and I like them a bit more I suppose.

Listening to Farm, by Dino Jr. right now, so my vote has to go to them I'm not really a Sonic Youth fan. Not because I don't like them, but I've never really listened to them aside from the couple songs that enevitably get put on at work by my boss who is a SY fan.

Well, The only other album of their's that I know and love is Bug. And it's definitely comparable. It has their trademark lo-fi sound, and J's voice is as awesome as I rememberd it

Beyond is the only other album you could compare it to. It doesn't really sound like any of their earlier work...

All of DJ's albums have been pretty good, but I get more enjoyment out of SY.

I would have to go with Sonic Youth, mostly just because of how much I love their crazy guitar style. Tough decision though.
