well they had a song from The Black Keys on one of them, and they sure as hell aren't punk. I had no prob with that though.

I think they should re-name the whole damn cd. Cause now 12 year olds who go out and buy it are gonna think stuff like atmosphere is punk.

Yes, the rap band was atmosphere... and actually to be rap they weren't half bad lyrically they're very political and at least they sing about real things instead of "bitches and such, I'm a huge' feminist. Anyways I like punk o rama cd's they're a good way to discover up and coming bands. Still which cd of pulley's cd's is the best and do all of their songs sound like "The ocean Song" because I really liked the sound that song had and the lyrics. Again as far as the punk o rama cd's go I herd distillers for the first time on them and The beatstakes I love those cd's if not for anything else for that.

^ I don't know about that, Atmosphere has its thug moments too, them and Aesop Rock and Eyedea get way too much attention for being considered "political". But, I guess when you compare them to crunk juice rap, they do things a lot better.
And, good luck finding people who like the PoR compilations, cause most of the folks here seem to not like them. But, I agree with you- they are a good start for people trying to make a transition into the music.
