Default Big Black

*If you search Big Black, it says the words are too common. If there was ever a thread posted about Big Black, it will be pretty impossiple for me to find. Sorry...*

I ADORE BIG BLACK. AND NOW I CAN FINALLY DOWNLOAD "SONGS ABOUT F*CKING". Oh, its not really surprising that I can't find a copy. Its rather old, its a bit "non-maintstream", and theres the title...

I love how its hard, yet surprisingly easy to listen to. At least for me. And I never get sick of it. And I haven't paid a great deal of attention to the song set-up, but the guitar sounds....complicated.

I'm psycobabbling. Please agree with me and say you love them. Don't give me the "they're influential" crap. If "influential" is the best you have to say....

Songs About ****ing is great, however, the rest of their output falls short of the quality of Shellac. Rapeman were better too IMO.

Ah yes, Steve Albini. Really, really good stuff came from this guy. He likes things off the beaten path and extremely dirty. Big Black is a fantastic group, but I've always admired his skills as a producer more than a songwriter.

I f*cking adore Songs About ****ing. Unfortunately, it's the only thing I've heard of them. Honestly though, when I heard about this band I was excited to here them however I didn't think I'd enjoy their music as much as I did. It really caught me by surprised how I often I can listen to that album. Brilliant stuff.
