Yeah its very good (although I would reduce the length of the title track just a smidge) you should really check out over the edge when you get a chance, pushing the extreme is my favorite on the album, its just so perfect to me.

Amazing band, I wish I could find more of their music to steal off the internet. I still can't find Land of the Lost and a few others.

Over The Edge is definitely my favorite album of the Wipers. They're really good in my opinion and are now one of my favorite bands. My favorite song would be Doom Town. Nirvana covered a couple of their songs like Return Of The Rat and D7(Both are really great also) and the Mono Men covered Return of The Rat as well.

This reminds me I've got Youth of America somewhere. Really should give it a listen.

They are not too well known probably why you barely see anyone talk about em.

Great band out of Portland along with Poison Idea.

Bump...

I recently downloaded Youth of America. In fact... I'm listening to it now. Apparently these guys were a sizable influence on the development of alternative rock, grunge, and post-hardcore... Good stuff.

I'm guessing Over the Edge should be the next album to listen to?

I actually think Over the Edge is better than Youth of America. It's more conventional in a way, but every song is devastatingly good.

I'm not much of an album guy, I just download the songs I like.

Saw you guys talking about this band, who I'll admit I hadn't heard of. I'm listening to 'Nothing Left To Lose', and I like the song.
What others would you guys who know the band recommend?

(jeez just looked back at this original post haha I can't believe how horribly written it is, was my first experience with a forum I suppose)

Do you mean more music by them or similar bands?
