Putting The Explioted & Anti-Nowhere league as 45 & 46 in a list of greatest punk bands is a bit like putting Spinal Tap & Tenacious D at 45 & 46 of a greatest rock bands of all time list.

I agree with the top 10, but the Jam is way too low. Top 15 at least. Come on, Paul Weller is a god!
