And Craig mainly goes high in Blessthefall, namely Higinia. But in stuff like Ashley and the ending chorus of This War Is Ours, I just think it is the perfect high range.

And I know that Chiodos and those bands all scream, but I get annoyed with FFTL's voice...it just sounds too whiney, idk. I also like Chiodos a lot, but I like ETF's guitars more.

If you want high vocals, listen to Ambrosia by Alesana, but most don't like it because it's just TOO high for a male voice lol.

And I'm not hating on you for saying you don't like ETF...or even hating them with a passion. But when someones all like "oh wow I am soooo embarrassed to have a medium compatibility with this guys music" it's just dumb.

And I can also name a bunch of other non-legend bands to define my music taste...like I See Stars, A Day To Remember, Glamour Of The Kill, Hopes Die Last, and I don't really like that many old underground bands...they are all so popular.
See, now I'm getting to like your music taste more. Alesana, ehh, they are crap, sorry. I See Stars, A Day To Remember, and Hopes Die Last are some of my favorite bands, out of many.

Yeah, well I really just like the song Ambrosia and This Is The Part Where People Usually Scream.

And I'm pretty surprised that you like/know of I See Stars and Hopes Die Last.

Silverstein, Agraceful, Before Their Eyes, LoveHateHero, and then the metalcore side BFMV, Gwen Stacy, I Killed The Prom Queen...

Ah, not gonna be dissin on your taste but it seems like its so generic and you haven't really broadened your horizons. I used to be just like you believe me.
And we weren't asking you why they were the best band in the world. We were asking you why that was your opinion. Which I guess has already been covered.

I hope it has been covered.

And I do have pretty broad horizons...if not, then what other bands would I like that sing/scream and have a nice heavy sound and solos?

Before Their Eyes and Agraceful are great, LoveHateHero get boring after a while, still good.

Wow, TFOT? Good job man. I'd start off with Doppelganger, then depending on how 'spazztic' you think it is, you could either move to the self-titled or Manipulator.

Yeah, for some reason, I like the songs where the screaming is crazy and harsh for them, and they they switch it up to singing.

I only really like Goodbye My Love by LoveHateHero, like, that song is seriously amazing, the guitar solo is totally epic...but none of their other songs even come close to it lol, new album soon though!

I'll try to get into TFOT though!

Hopefully I can see Silverstein w/ A Static Lullaby, Before Their Eyes, and blessthefall next week...hopefully lol.

Ill also suggest Protest the hero, you seem to like the whole screaming/spastic/singing stuff mixed with some good guitar and solos

The last few pages of this thread have been a big mess. Let's just talk about Protest The Hero.

Maybe try listening to something a bit more original. No offense but ETF is not really a great band, they're pretty generic. You'll be able to find a bunch of bands that sound VERY similar. And that's quite lame IMO
