Mark Hoppus can barely play his own instrument let alone electric guitar and he's busy with his own bands reunion. It's a rumor, a bad one, threads over.

I don't see why they don't use RAS-1. The Long Beach Dub All-Stars played a bunch of Sublime songs and was (more-or-less) sublime minus brad nowell (in both members and sound)
