No, not really. I'll talk with you though. Have you ever listened to Tragedy? They formed out of His Hero is Gone (and some other less cool bands like Deathreat) and they're not as good but they're still worth a listen and better than most bands. Nausea is great too if you haven't heard them.

Interesting, I prefer Tragedy to HHIG i think.. the self-titled album is really really good, but then I probably need to listen to more HHIG.. I must admit I havent heard Nausea (heard of them, but not heard them..) What would you recommend to download?

Ekkaia are incredible.. perfect blend of crust and screamo I love it.

By Nausea I'd get the Punk Terrorist Anthology Volume 1 and if you want something after that get Volume 2.

This was some of my bread and butter back when I was in high school. My all-time favorite would have to be State of Fear. They were from Minneapolis, but had a definite Scandanavian sound. They had Jay Stiles, from probably my second favorite, Disrupt, and Jon from Deformed Conscience on dual vocals. Amazing. Only sorry that I never got to see them live... *sigh*
