by the way someone mentioned that suicide were alright but the silver apples were doing it before. this is true. . . but keep in mind that suicide had started in 1971 and didn't release their first album until 1977. so the silver apples were only like three years prior.

but also, they aren't that similar really.

To me theyre like The Screamers, another band doing a similiar thing that just havent got enough recognition. Really good stuff

Only thing in common between the two is that they both used synthesizers.

Weird fact: I just found out that Alan turned 70 last year. I had no idea he was that old! That means he was almost 40 when their first album came out and nowhere near being the punk kid I thought he was.
