The ones I could recommend through actual listening would be:

Misfits
Ramones
Husker Du
Blondie (if we're saying they're Punk)
Offspring
the Stooges
the Clash
Television

And I would name some others, but I've only heard 1 or less songs by them. =/

No Age
That "Heres Your Future" song by The Thermals, but nothing else by them.
