MxPx
Probably one of my favorite bands, and the favorite of the pop-punk genre.
Their sound has gone through a lot of changes, from album to album. 1994: Pokinatcha 1995: Teenage Politics 1996: Life in General 1998: Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo 2000: The Ever Passing Moment 2003: Before Everything & After 2005: Panic 2007: Secret Weapon The bolded albums weren't really that punk, I guess, but the rest were. Anyways, anyone else here listen to them? Used to listen to them? |

About the only period where I'd say they lost it was 2000-2005, because they were making wannabe pop-punk along the lines of Good Charlotte and stuff. Not to mention they were signed to A&M. Thank goodness they didn't stay that way.
Sick album cover, I had it as my avatar for a while. I bought "Let It Happen", their B-sides and unreleased stuff compilation, which has a couple of songs from that 7" on it. Too bad Amazon hasn't shipped the damn thing to me yet (and I ordered it five days ago!).
