If you ever feel up to giving them another try, I'd recommend their album Devil's Night Out from 1989, it beats the crap out of their later stuff.

check out streetlight manifesto, catch22, The Flaming Tsunami's, and Operation Ivy.

:)

It's weird, for some reason they've redone that song several times under different names on different albums.

Songs:

Mighty Mighty Bosstones:
"The Rascal King"
"You Gotta Go"

Reel Big Fish:
"Sell Out"
"Brand New Song"

Streetlight Manifesto:
"Watch It Crash"
"Down, Down, Down To Mephisto's Cafe"
"We Will All Fall Together"

I definitly agree about the Mighty Might Bosstones, they were one of the ones that made Ska become mainstream.

Well they certainly helped America to appreciate 3rd wave Ska. The Toasters are underated too.

Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake are pretty sweet.

isnt ska an offshoot of punk? the culmination of the reggae influence that the clash brought in? if so how can you have ska-punk?

No- Ska comes from the same genre pool as Reggae and Jamacian sound systems.
