Texas is cool and all but it surely can't match the pure awesomeness of Delaware.

texas and california had the best punk/hc scenes in the 80s.

DC had some great stuff as well on Dischord mostly, and there was good stuff in the midwest as well (early touch and go bands).

never liked much NY punk/hc though...although Reagan Youth were an exception.
