No, I know bands like The Clash and The Ramones deserve the top spot, but artists like Blink and Green Day deserve mentioning, too.

GG Allin epitomised everything that Punk was supposed to represent. Whether he was charismatic or insightful is difficult to say but he was a true one off.

John Lydon (Johnny Rotten) has my vote (despite tainting himself with his incredibly lame "This Is Not A Love Song" music video).

I'd put Iggy Pop, Joe Strummer, Gordan Gano and Joey Ramone just behind him.
