I would have to say once and forever, iggy pop. I saw the stooges live last summer and he was jumping off amps and PA speakers having the crowd rush the stage. And the guy is like what, 60? Insane. He just has a ton of energy and he was rolling in broken glass and smearing himself with peanut butter while johnny rotten and the other's where still wondering when Malcolm Maclaren was going to come along and use them as puppets for his idea of punk. Iggy, hands down. But I also like Dave vanian from the damned. But stil...iggy wins

I read an review about NWA's Straight outta Compton which called them the american Sex Pistols, kinda makes sense.
