Question Did the f*cking rotter incident "make" punk?
The imfamous line uttered by Steve Jones, "What a f*cking rotter" effectivly ended the interviewer's career, and brought punk rock into the lime light.

My question is, had Jones not said that, would Punk (and the Sex Pistols) been so popular?
