lol OMG Rancid iz sooo punx rox!! rotfl!

You know, that was unnecessary. Rancid is a joke for existing and they don't need my help in making fun of them because they do it enough themselves by breathing.

Are you saying Barney isn't hardcore?

No, I was saying Barney isn't punk, because Barney is too hardcore to be punk.

In all seriousness, Barney has the message down better then alot of bands. UNITYOI!

I thought "back against the wall" was a Circle Jerks song, I don't know of it as a Rancid song. Cd wise i'm partial to ...And Out Come the Wolves, it's debatable though.

I like rancid, they're an awesome band with a ton of energy. Their lyrics don't tend to be the most complex or insightful, but they've got other qualities to make up for it. But yeah, agreed with ethan, compared to most other punk bands, not exactly "hardcore", or as ethan put it, they're not exactly "REBELPUNX4LIFE"
