wow... this is the lamest thread yet.
I am equally as lame for responding to it.

I havent really heard too much of greenday but what i have heard, they arnt too bad

It makes me threefold as lame to comment on a comment about a badly composed, train-wreck of an idiotic thread, but i have heard greenday and it is the most irksome, vile, cacophonous filth ever sold to a generation of cheetoe-eating, Hot-topic-shopping, pseudo-progressive, teens who wonder peripatetically the internet to polish their degenerate lexicons of musically-driven cultural capitulation to fascistic Capitalism, to converse about dumb things like this.

On a side, Green Day has some "okay" songs and some better older albums, but I'm not what you would call a "fan" of them.

greenday does not appeal to me at all. i dont know what it is that people find so appealing in their music. but thats just me

Heh Heh, true story, the band I was in around 1990 played with Green Day on their first national tour. They slept on the shore of Lake Michigan that night because they didn't have any money.
