Well not exactly, but everything they write is reflected upon their personal lives as individuals. There isn't one person writing all their songs either, I mean if someone else in the band has something, they'll most likely infuse that in the song somehow.

Killswitch Engage is good...So is Norma Jean and Between the Buried and Me. But yeah, Good list. I like/have heard of all the bands except the two locals on that list.
