I don't think they really ditched the ethos in regard to politics and stuff but they ditched the angst and aggression, which is still a big deal.

I wasn't a fan of the EP. I can respect the effort but it's just not something I enjoy listening to. Maybe they got the idea over a bowl of illegal smokey smokes.

I posted the documentary just above ya, figured anyone readin outta watch it if they wanna get to know the band a little better.

The EP is an interesting document but don't treat it too seriously or you'll be severely disappointed. It's just a fun jam, really... fun for the members, not so much the listeners

Minutemen were superior musically but The Meatmen were good too. I especially like their subtle Bad Brains diss.
