I've also heard he wants to write more books. So, it wouldn't surprise me if they slowed down a lot.

I personally would of been happy if they called it a day after "Generator". They may have one more album in them, but it will be another album I won't be buying.

Really?

"Suffer", "No Control", "Against the Grain" and "Generator" was a great run, which I think was best for them. The last one was not as good as the 3 before, but I feel better than many of the albums after.

After that, they just went to soft for me I suppose, they do have some good songs scattered amongst anything post-"Generator" but it was never consistent like it was before then.

Recipe for Hate had a few good songs, and I still kinda enjoy "The Grey Race", since it was the first.

I do not know exsactly why I am not a fan of later stuff though, just something about it was boring to me, "Sorrow" to me was always an awful song, I often associate them with that one.

It just does nothing for me personally from what I have heard from the days when they were on top of their game.

1988-1992 was just the time when I thought they were at their best.

I have not heard the last few albums, maybe if i try again one day I will find some interest.

There's your problem...the last few have been the best. Dissent Of Man is really good, as is New Maps Of Hell, Empire Strikes First, and Process Of Belief. New America and No Substance were pretty good.

um the last few do not compare with their earlier material. They have gone down hill and have gotten really commercial over the years. Now their just meh.

That's kind of true but every album after RFH still has plenty of good songs on it imo.

I'd say process of belief was solid.
