I don't support it at all. It's death metal and the guitar work is vicious. I am in no way racist or homophobic, but I find myself enjoying the actualy music. I can't understand a thing he says anyway. Will I ever buy a shirt? No. A CD? No. But the song "The Purging Fires Of War" is such a good driving song!

If you like the music, listen to the band. That's what it all comes down to i guess. I love Bad Brains to death, despite their homophobic beliefs. I'd just be denying myself if i didnt listen to them.

I have never listened to Skrewdriver.

Having read this thread through, there is an obvious difference of opinion as to whether listening to a racist band constitutes a person as being racist, or not.

I believe listening to a racist band, does not make that person a racist.
Personally I wouldn't give them the time of day in the first place.

And taking into consideration the fact that fellow moderators have entered the debate with their opinions, I'm going to stay neutral and moderate this thread (and it needs to be) to the letter.

As from now, anyone violating MusicBanter Rules, on this thread, will be dealt with according to those rules.

Sorry Winter, but it is no surprise you listen to this band, I mean looking at your sig, you are obviously sacrilidgous so please don't say things liek that about my god..., But in your defence listening to "Satanist" bands preaching about how good their god is compared to other people's gods, it doesn't mean you're a follower of Satan... It merely means that you liek the music
