im looking for some recommendations in punk. im completely new to it.

Since it seems that you like Sublime look up Operation Ivy and Rancid

^agrees with. i dont know maybe: 7 seconds, black flag, NOFX, dead kennedies <(tis that spelt right btw!? im such a tard :( !!)

theres such a wide variety of punk, what style of music would you be looking for? up beat catchy tunes? fast as ****-in your face-anti everything tunes? heavy growling make your ears bleeding tunes? theres so much out there depending on what you are looking for. If you get ahold of the wrong style of punk, dont expect all of it to sound that way. Sublime/reggaeish/booty shakin - definetly Op Ivy, also might wanna check out some Against All Authority, Citizen Fish, The Clash, and maybe some Tsunami Bomb or Tilt.
