True Believers by The Bouncing Souls.

This song just takes me back to when I was in high school, when nothing mattered at all. The opening verse is brilliant and the song is best enjoyed screaming along with your best friends.

well obviously blitzkrieg bop is the most anthemic to me but i would have to say a somewhat underrated one would be Black Flag- Rise Above

Blank Generation - Richard Hell. Four chords and an explosion of wailing vocals and jagged jazz-punk guitar, and poetry-as-lyrics to define an entire happening. Plus it has finger snaps!

Garbageman - The Cramps is pretty damn anthemic too, though less known...

You gotta beat it with a stick
You gotta beat it till it's thick
You gotta live until you're dead
You got to rock till you see red
Now do you understaaaaaaaaaaaand?
Now do you understaaaaaaaaaaaand?
I'm your garbageman!

From the list - White Riot.

But... 'So What?', 'England Belongs To Me', 'Too Drunk To ****', 'Banned From The Pub', 'Drinking And Driving' and many many more could have been included for their singalong qualities too.

A hard question...
