In my opinion for a song to be the most anthemic punk song it has to have the capability of when it gets turned on everyone knows who it is and they go nuts. Thus me choosing Straight Edge by Minor Threat.

it depends the era you were in and the circle of friends as well, most of the songs i've posted, maybe except 2 or 3, which were our tunes, and a few other circles as well, were anthems of their generation, the song song you've posted iv'e never heard but in the current or when it was out is probably a foot stomper....

Blitzkreig Bop is a brilliant song
There are some great songs mentioned but my all time fav anthemic song is actually Agnostic Front's Gotta Go. I've never refered to A.F as punk though, not even in the early days even if they are often refered to as hardcore punk |
