I'm do a project in school on Joe Strummer and I was wondering if anyone had any info on him stuff like favorite food, books, movies, colors, things like that

How about the fact that he mainstreamed the punk ideas of political disent for a reason rather than nihlistic laziness and influenced thousands of people to become more involved in the world around them in essence becoming the 70s epitome of the modern DIY movement. At least for a while.
