you don't understand the meaning of the term - everyone goes around using it nowadays. It's just another generic term for a band that does well.

man.. i just realised that the songs on their new album are pretty good... they're very different than the ones they released and made videos for..("american idiot" and co) listen to them and then talk about them. i changed my opinion back to my first one..
