The real question on everyone's mind is why is this the second most popular thread on Musicbanter?

I just think you are screwed no matter where you live. Don't believe there are any good governments present at this point in time.

Green Day's old stuff was excellent to say the least but their new stuff is overplayed. All of the songs are good but any song will loose it's greatness when played 10 times every hour.

Default BIG mistake posting this here

I know this is a BIG mistake on my part and will more than likely get me hated, but I just wanted to say that I don't think Green Day are as bad as most say they are. Their new album was awful, I'll accept that, and American Idiot wasn't even a song, but I have some of their older stuff and they are okay. Plus, I think that Dave Grohl did a big thing when he came onto MTV and said he was looking forward to the Green Day performance. And to be honest, I think his opinion is more respectable than any of the people's opinions here.
