You know what, headfoot, thats all their songs are: basic chords. Yet they DO have rhythm, and they are one of the finest punk bands in the world at the moment. Did anyone see them on Jools Holland? They were way better than Estelle and Robbie Williams!

I like them, I think they're a good band, but by no means the best. to me, the best would mean having more than basic chords, I just have put bands that have more complex music higher than those that don't.
