Sorry guys, crusty old Trollheart hates this. So much so, that I'm not even going to bother with one of my patented long-ass reviews. It's like a jazz album got snuck by me, and you know how I dislike jazz. All instrumental, lots of organ but boring as all hell, especially after the high I've been on for the last month listening to various metal. Sent me to sleep.
I spoke before of how a) I hate horns unless they're slow steamy ones, but frenetic ones like this do my head in and b) hard it is to keep my interest in an instrumental album. Needless to say, this did not. Keep my interest, that is. Humorous aside: while running this I thought they were being really clever by having extracts from Star Trek running through it. Turns out my Netflix had kicked in, playing me episode two of "Voyager" in the background! Meh, would have been the best thing about this album if it had been true. Again, not for me. Big thumbs down. Actually, I have one for my slot, if you want to give me the shot when it comes around? Assuming I'm not kicked out for this bad reaction to an album you all seem to be enjoying. Now if you'll excuse me, I have Slayer to listen to...

Didn't do much for me either. I just don't think the music was interesting enough to pull off a mostly instrumental album. Seemed like pretty run of the mill cliche psych music. Not much to say really. Could not bring myself to listen again so may be unfair.
